These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by ORIRI, every order placed through our online store and every agreement between ORIRI and a consumer relating to ORIRI RISE.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Any deviation from these Terms & Conditions is valid only if confirmed by ORIRI in writing.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
3. ORIRI RISE
ORIRI RISE is a food supplement.
Product information, ingredients, nutritional information, directions for use, recommended daily intake, warnings and other relevant information are displayed on the product packaging and/or relevant product page.
Information provided on our website is intended as general product information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Always use ORIRI RISE in accordance with the directions for use and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or have questions regarding the suitability of the product for you, we recommend consulting a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional before use.
4. Offers and Product Information
ORIRI makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, ingredients and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in colour, packaging or design may occur and do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the agreement or claim compensation, provided that the product supplied conforms to the agreement.
Obvious errors, typographical mistakes or clearly incorrect prices do not bind ORIRI where the customer could reasonably have understood that an error had occurred.
5. Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is formed when the customer places an order through our online store and ORIRI electronically confirms the order.
ORIRI may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, payment problems or product unavailability.
If ORIRI cancels an order that has already been paid for, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed in our online store include applicable VAT.
Any shipping charges and other additional costs known to ORIRI will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties and import charges may apply. Such charges may be payable by the recipient where this has been clearly communicated before purchase.
7. Payment
Customers may pay using the payment methods offered during checkout.
Orders will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised.
ORIRI may use third-party payment service providers. The relevant payment provider's terms and privacy policy may also apply to its processing of the payment.
8. Delivery
ORIRI delivers orders to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
ORIRI will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe.
If an order is significantly delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and the customer's applicable statutory rights will remain unaffected.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact information.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing products online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which the product is received, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
The consumer may notify ORIRI of the decision to withdraw within this period by using the available online withdrawal functionality or by contacting:
Following withdrawal, the product must be returned no later than 14 days after the consumer notified ORIRI of the withdrawal.
ORIRI will refund amounts due in accordance with applicable law. If the entire order is withdrawn, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. Additional delivery costs resulting from the consumer choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery method will not be refunded.
ORIRI may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or until the consumer provides evidence that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer unless ORIRI indicates otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Sealed Products
Due to the nature of ORIRI RISE, products may be supplied with a seal for health-protection or hygiene purposes.
Where a product legally qualifies for the applicable health-protection or hygiene exception, the consumer's right of withdrawal will cease once the seal has been broken after delivery.
This exception applies only where the product was actually supplied sealed, all applicable legal requirements are satisfied and the consumer was clearly informed of the exception before purchasing the product.
An unopened and sealed product may be returned subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Nothing in this section affects the consumer's statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
11. Returns
Returned products should be handled with reasonable care and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging.
The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
For products with a health-protection or hygiene seal, Section 10 applies.
12. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an incorrect product has been delivered or a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact:
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.
ORIRI will assess the matter and, where the complaint is justified, provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable statutory rights.

Customers are responsible for using ORIRI RISE in accordance with the product information, directions and warnings provided.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ORIRI is not liable for damage caused solely by improper use, use contrary to clear product warnings or exceeding the stated recommended daily intake.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Website and Availability
We aim to keep our website available and up to date but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
