Our Shipping Promise
Every ORIRI order is carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We believe your experience should be just as good as our products—from checkout to delivery.
Order Processing
Orders placed on business days are typically processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Partner
We partner with DHL, one of Europe's leading delivery services, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to multiple countries across Europe and are continuously expanding our shipping network.
If your country isn't available during checkout, please contact our Customer Care team—we'll be happy to assist you.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather conditions or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address.
We regularly offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping promotions will automatically be applied during checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking link.
Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation email.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.
While we'll always do our best to update your shipping details before your parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered the fulfilment process.
ORIRI cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team.
We'll work together with DHL to locate your parcel and keep you informed throughout the investigation.
Please note that investigations with shipping partners may take several business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Unfortunately, ORIRI has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us because:

the shipping address was incorrect,

the parcel was refused,

or it wasn't collected from the carrier,
additional shipping costs may apply if you'd like us to resend your order.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, we'll process your refund in accordance with our Refund Policy once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse.
